We use bag work to warm up. The rest is strength and conditioning, kettle bells, battle ropes, and good old fashioned body weight work. You'll feel muscles you haven't felt in a while... and they've missed you!
There is nothing like the feeling of kicking butt...your own. Setting goals, watching yourself improve, and anticipating the next workout is all part of the Fun! Occasionally some of our kick boxers will compete in a Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, couch to 5K, 10K, Broad Street Run, or other obstacle course mud race! Join our Club and Get Happy!
